When you use ENORI, in particular when you sign in with Google (OAuth), we collect only the information needed for the platform to work:

• Google profile data: your full name, your email address and the URL of your profile picture.
• Usage and activity data: information relating to the sport activities and events you create or join within the community.
• Technical data: connection logs and cookies strictly necessary for authentication and for keeping your session open.

3. The waitlist on this website

If you leave your email address on this website, it is collected separately from any app account. We use it to tell you when ENORI opens in your city, and to send you occasional news about the app afterwards.

Your address is never sold and never shared with third parties. It is stored by Netlify, our hosting provider, and kept until you ask us to remove it.

You can stop these emails whenever you like: every message we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can write to lelchatalex@gmail.com at any time to have your address deleted entirely.

4. How we use your data

Your personal data is used exclusively to:

• Create, manage and secure your user account.
• Let you find, propose and join group sport activities.
• Show your profile to other members when you take part in an activity.
• Send you essential service notifications about your activities.

5. Data sharing and hosting

Your data is processed through secure infrastructure and authentication providers that comply with data protection standards (cloud hosting, Google Cloud OAuth services). No unsecured transfer outside applicable legal frameworks is carried out.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

In accordance with the applicable regulation, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right of access and rectification: view or change your information at any time.
• Right to erasure: request the complete and permanent deletion of your account and of all associated data by sending an email to lelchatalex@gmail.com.
• Right to object and to withdraw consent: you can revoke ENORI’s access to your Google account at any time, directly from the security settings of your Google account (Third-party apps).
