These terms are the agreement between you and ENORI. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use ENORI.
ENORI is built and operated by Alexandre Lelchat, based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
ENORI introduces people to each other. It does not organise, run, supervise, coach or inspect anything. Activities are created by members, for members. We are not a party to them, we are not present at them, and we do not check venues, equipment or anyone's ability.
ENORI is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and to take part in activities. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 are deleted.
Use your real name and a real photo of yourself, keep your details accurate, and keep your login to yourself. One person, one account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Short version: be the person others are glad showed up.
Harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, and content that targets or endangers anyone are not tolerated on ENORI. There is no warning system for this: accounts that post it are removed.
Objectionable content is filtered where we can, and every report is read by a real person. We aim to act on reports of abusive content or behaviour within 24 hours, and to remove the content and the account responsible where the report is upheld.
Every profile, activity and conversation can be reported, and any member can be blocked in one tap — blocking removes that person from your activities and conversations immediately, with no notice to them and no explanation required from you.
To report something outside the app, write to hello@enori.app.
We may suspend or remove any account, activity or content that breaks these terms or the guidelines above, that puts members at risk, or that is the subject of credible reports — at our discretion, without notice, and without refund where anything has been paid. You can appeal by writing to us.
Sport carries a real risk of injury. You take part in activities voluntarily and at your own risk, and you are responsible for deciding whether an activity, a venue and the people there are right for you.
Before you join anything, you are responsible for: being medically fit to take part; your own equipment and insurance; obeying the rules of the venue; and your own safety and belongings. Meet in public places, tell someone where you are going, and leave if something feels wrong.
ENORI does not verify members' identity documents, skills, fitness, qualifications, insurance or criminal history. A verified phone number and a profile photo are not a background check.
To the maximum extent the law allows, and subject to section 10 below, ENORI is not liable for: the conduct of any member, online or in person; injury, death, loss or damage arising out of an activity; the condition or safety of any venue; anything a member says, posts or sends; or any activity being cancelled, changed or not what you expected.
You agree to be responsible for your own conduct, and to cover us for claims brought against us because of what you did or failed to do.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where a guarantee applies and can lawfully be limited, our liability is limited to resupplying the service, or paying the cost of having it resupplied. Nothing here is intended to exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, to the extent the law does not allow that exclusion.
What you post stays yours. By posting it on ENORI you give us permission to display and distribute it within the app so the service works — nothing more. You are responsible for having the right to post it, and we can remove content that breaks these terms.
ENORI is early, and the service will change. We may add, alter or withdraw features, and we may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the last change, and significant changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use ENORI after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Queensland, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
